I spent Sunday fishing on Crowley Lake in McGee, the water is really getting green with the higher temps. We found some clean water and along with it some huge fish. We nymphed with various midges and calibaetis for about four hours and netted some beauties.

I guided Grant Lake yesterday from a float tube with Phil and Fritz, it was their first time float tubing and they had a great time fishing the calibaetis hatch. Several fish were landed, and the water temps are perfect with lots of active bugs. I finished the day by going to Hot Creek for the evening session, fish were blowing up all over the surface chasing emerging caddis! We fished dries until we couldn’t see anymore and then E-Jack pulls out this monster right before dark, thats a big one!
